The House of Esther Organization (HOEO) is a faith-based, private, non-profit educational program in Norfolk, and a transitional home located in Chesapeake, VA. The organization serves girls ages 16-25 who are experiencing a crisis pregnancy. HOEO was founded by Dr. B. Courtney and Rev. Janeen L. McBath in 2001 and was established October 22, 2002.
