Accepted applicants must meet the following criteria:
Prospective client must be 18-25 years old (middle/high school appropriate);
From the Hampton Roads Community;
Be willing to attend church on a regular basis and assume responsibility for her own spiritual life through personal devotion, Bible study and prayer;
1st time parent;
Serious about her life and the life of her child;
Must be willing to continue with education.
